At Graceful Beauty & Wellness, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation guidelines:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $25 late-cancellation fee (or forfeiture of deposit, if applicable).
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a $25 no-show fee (or forfeiture of deposit).
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next client. Late arrivals may be treated as a no-show depending on availability.
Booking Deposits
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits are applied toward your service but will be forfeited if proper notice is not given.
Courtesy Reminders
Reminder texts/emails are sent as a courtesy, but it is the client’s responsibility to remember their scheduled appointment.

Services
We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Once a service has been performed and
paid for, no refunds will be issued.
Products
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Unused and unopened products may
be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase for an in-spa credit.
In the event a product has been used and causes an adverse reaction, and such
reaction has been documented by one of our providers, then you may return the
product within 7 days from the date of purchase for an in-spa credit.
In the event you receive a defective or damaged product, then such item may be
exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product.
